Hey guys, thought I'd share with you some pictures of my 1-1 pride and joy.... Its a 1979 VW Derby (Hence my username), Its basically the saloon version of the Mk1 Polo of the same era.
I've owned it since 2004 at which time it had only done 24,000 miles - its now on about 35K.
As you can see I've lowered it, & in the time I've owned it, its had three different sets of wheels.... its currently wearing the 13" 'Smoors' shown below;
I've got loads of plans for it - but lack of funds/time & somewhere to work on it, it really is in need of a respray - its had some nasty vandal scratches all down one side, across the bonnet & boot, ever since I brought it, some rust is now starting to bubble through too
