As Ash says the Standard Blaze wheels do not fit into the 1/18th class due to size.
If you can get smaller wheels on to the Blaze then you can race it in 1/18th class and this CANn be done but you need to order different driveshafts from the States and is a bit of an effort to be fair!
It would be a disadvantage to run a Standard Blaze in the 1/16th class BUT saying that there were a couple at the 1st Micro National that looked fairly competitive, they are just not able to take the jumps as well in my opinion
