Your order was sent to you on the day it was ordered.
Postage to Holland and France has been slow recently and we have had various emails to this affect.
Obviously this is not our fault as we sent your item out the same day as the order was received.
Postage is totally out of our control. We can only assure you it has been posted.
We would very much appreciate you looking at the postage date on your package when it does arrive and maybe amending your post on the forum that could be taken as a suggestion of bad service.
