Mat said "practical for mass consumption". While I'm sure the FCX is a great car, it requires hydrogen filling stations, of which it seems there are currently not very many. I thought that LPG was going to be good because it was cheaper than regular fuel, but in reality it required you to have your car converted, and not many petrol stations (in my area at least) had LPG pumps, meaning although it was great for practicality, it wasn't any good for mass consumption.

Wikipedia says "Honda believes it could start mass producing vehicles based on the FCX Clarity by the year 2018.". how long until there is at least 1 petrol station in every town in the uk that has hydrogen filling ability? When that happens, IMO the car will be practical for mass consumption, until then, i'll stick to petrol.

Anyway that's massively off topic...
