Default Fabiix

Hehehe Team fabiix, yup thats some years back isnt it. The Fabiix 2000 was originally driven by Craig Harris, but lets be honest he was and still is much better than that pile, so I got dragged in to drive it. Any way Harris was then offered a drive by Traxxas, as well as Stu Wood. TRX1 was sweet.

I did quite well considering at the Southport British Grand Prix about twenty five of the top drivers in the world appeared after the worlds and raced so to make 57th against the top drivers of the time was impressive, and shocked me considering it wasnt easy to set up. this was the proto type and wasnt built as well as the car he sold. He wouldnt let me make it better.

Besides the car had the gearbox back to front and understeered so bad you needed magnets to get around the corners. Still interesting drive.

Maybe someone should ask Stu Wood what he did for me at the event as Jon Tucker backed out at the last minute, due to sitting infront of me and Mike. I wonder if he remembers what he did, as without his help I would have been twenty places lower. I will give a hint, read the quote below and you will understand. The batteries were no good outdoors, but indoors they were quite good.
