Yes they are worth it in my opinion. I have a DB01R that has these parts already installed but i know people with Durgas that keep on having problems with lower arms popping out of the suspension mounts after a bad landing. If you only buy only the suspension mount without the blocks it could work but it is much better to buy the blocks too to have a solid lower arm housing. I never had any problems with suspension arms popping out of the blocks although it must be clear to you that if you reinforced one part another one will bend in a crash. In case of the suspension mounts this will clearly be the lower arms that breaks under heavy impact. This happened to me many times this season but i think it is more down to my bad driving and if you use the TRF501X Lower arms you can have lots of bad landings and crashes until the arm will break.
