Genuinely interested here, not just being a d*ck, but what kind of legal action would have taken, and who would you have taken it against? I didn't think you could take someone to court for a verbal agreement to provide a shop to an event, which then ends up being not needed. Had you spent money, could you not have put the parts in your shop and sold them, or does your shop not work like that?
Surely it would be pretty much the same as a customer coming in, asking you to order something, and never returning to buy it? I don't think you can take legal action against them for that, but I may be mistaken...

You just said "everyone knows you have a problem with me, and that's your problem to deal with.". Cris came into this thread and mentioned nothing of the "history" between you two, it was actually you that brought it up... have you ever considered it might be you that has the problem, and that you should just drop it?
