That's a G12. Up to 4-12 cells and no motor limit, I think.
I got the ESC without any accessories (used). I did have some Tekin neon-colored decals I got from some other trade/buy, but not as big as you describe.
You're right, Red are SCRs, Yellow = SCEs.
