It doesn't seem to make too much difference really, I just select the fastest option in the quick setup bit, then move the brake bias back a notch or two and raise the rear ride height one. The only other thing I tweak is the ballast location, mostly to the front in the dry and fully back in the wet.
There are people dipping into the 10's at Monaco!
