That parts picture gives a big clue to there being a budget version.

On that parts tree is a plastic center spur mount and a plastic bearing cover. These look unused in the TRF kit due to it having alloy but I bet its the same parts tree used for the budget car. I bet there's another parts tree in production with a plastic front bulkhead and the pivot block holders on it. Throw in a another tree fro the towers, a moulded chassis and a cheapy plain ally motor mount and you have it .
