Jason, rear wheels haven't changed fitment since the original ZX5 as far as I know, the latest wheel is an improved design in a number of ways but the older rims still work.
W5028W is the original rear wheel, W5202W is the new rear wheel (had to look on JE Spares website for that partnumber ... must be slipping
).
W5201W is the SP/FS front wheel.
The "W" on the end is for white, "Y" is yellow if you have to buy those ... yuk
