Hi Gareth,
Am running it on friday, so only bench and street testing so far, but everything seems to be holding up so far...

The order of pieces so far (off the top of my head) was backing plate, friction pad, backing plate (which attaches to spur gear with three plastic prongs, followed by hydradrive unit (with ballrace between spur gear and hydra unit), followed by spring, cap and nut. I did have to wind out the long threaded bar on the layshaft a bit to get all the parts to fit on it, but then locktighted it back in still with 3-5mm of thread inserted in the shaft so I'm hoping it'll still hold...
