Im sad to say that i have still NOT heard from him despite several e-mails and numerous telephone call attempts. His customer service skills leave a lot to be desired for.
Its the first time ive ever ordered with Demon, and quite possibly the last. Im not saying for one minute that the lost item is his fault, as we all know what royal fail are like, but to resolve the problem you need to get in touch with the shop that you made the purchase from, and so far with Demon, this is proving very difficult indeed.
