Anybody raced on concrete, and was it brushed finised (rough texture) or troweled smooth?
I own a concreting company, and could provide my services for free in the north west if a club paid for the concrete and other materials.
I could cover around 100m2 for about £1500.
Thats for a couple of inches of hardcore and 3 inch thickness concrete.
