permission was given to me by the MD and owner to speak on MA's behalf, for now im doing it under my own screen name.
the fire extinguisher van was right next to the main entrance to the front desk, im not sure why you were told it was an electric issue, maybe al thought it was easier to just say "the lights dont work" or whatever, i do agree though it did come out a bit bullish like you say.
there have been issues and they are being addressed as you can see
