But you could argue that with the wealth of knowledge there there is... why would the indoor track be substandard? Thats from a cynical point of view, did MA take their eye off the ball, did they not do their homework, did they not take advice and assistance from experienced track builders?
In the end, from a 'racers' point of view, the facility seems to of been a big let down, now what MA got to do is work hard at turning the negative aspects around, and fast.
