Those shocks are fine. Replace the seals with either blue mip or if you can find them blue traxxas. Id use two holes in the front and one in the rear for out doors and vice versa indoors. Id try silver front and green rear associated springs. 40 front, 30 rear as a starting point.
I used traxxas trx1 shocks with 2 holes in the front with 60wt and schumacher yellow springs and 3 holes in the rear with 40wt and schumacher white, car almost flat to the deck with zero shock spacing inside with wishbone holes on the furthest outwards, inner hole on castor block with longer ujs. On carpet this kept me in the top 12 in the uk for seven or so years.
