I've often wondered about how the manufacturers label LiPo's. My understanding is that the 30c corresponds to the maximum burst current available. In this case the 'c' rating is the same as for charging, where 1c is the capacity of the pack. If this is correct then the 6200 mAh Lipo should be able to provide 186 A at 7.4 V, which is 1.38 kW.

If labelled correctly a 6200 mAh 30c pack should be able to provide the same burst current as a 3700 mAh 50c pack or 4700 mAh 40c pack.
