Get in contact with Horizon Hobby UK and speak to service / repairs.

I assume you can rule out the Tx being a problem - i.e. have you a 3rd or 4th Rx that works fine?

Anyhow, Speak to HHUK - they'll help you resolve your problems I'm sure.
