just switched my 4wd from Cat to FS2... Main reason being curiosity after having seen how they went at the Nordic Champs. Now having run it for about 10 packs, I must say I will not trade back..
Extremely stable (indoor astro track), easy to push, VERY good at jumping and landing awkwardly (happens a lot to me
), have yet to break a thing. Running close to Nick Caro's setup. The main difference being that I run it with a front antiroll-bar. Cat had more steering especially at low speeds, but as I got used to the FS2 and pushed it harder no probs whatsoever. Love the way it can be driven overly aggressively if need be..
Still two outdoor races to go this season in Finland, we'll see how it goes.
The Durango was my option too at some point, but must say I'm happy I chose FS2. Might try out the Durango diffs at some point and the up-and-coming center-"diff"?
