It is
very easy to fully edit your posts, just click 'edit' and change the text. If you 'go advanced' with youir edit you can change the title.

Glenn does the most modertion of this section as he regularly uses it (a few others help out), but we dont have the time to do it fully. It's all explained in the 'why can't I post' post in the section.
