Default Mugen MBX5 Brushless, expert opinion wanted

Hello,

First of a slight introduction as this is my first post here;
My name is Bas and im from Holland.

I started out with RC in february/may this year with a rtr SC10. I loved it and managed to drive it pretty much ok at our selfmade track. After acquiring a used DB01 with several hopups i was amazed by how it was sticking to the track. Even on the bumpy surface. I fell in love with buggies and want another, but bigger and stronger to deal with the track as it quite rough for the DB01. Our track is mostly clay but i am planning to take it a 8th scale track with artificial grass.

I have used this site for quite a bit of info and now i would to ask for expert view on this:
While looking for a 1/8 e-buggy i found enough info and options, like a Vorza flux, hotbodies ve8 among others.
I found a guy from the area who has a Mugen MBX5 Prospec converted to brushless with a MMM 2200 combi and several spares.
Original body, 2 groundplates/bottomplates, Complete drivetrain front and rear(including damperstay and shocks), Several smaller parts. It has traces of normal use(scratches on the bottom and some dust)
Link to the pics; click me
For little over 400 euro's. I am aware its not a very new chassis.

I know a Mugen MBX5 Prospec isnt exactly the cheapest chassis and a MMM set is more than half the price alone. And a vorza flux is 1.5 times that price.

I will be heading over there tommorow to check it out.
By above info alone, asuming everything is one piece, is this bargain? Should i bring the money and grab it while its hot?

Thanks,
