Correct, the offroad track is nowhere near large/good enough to race on even at club level. It's a shame they haven't invested a larger portion of the money on the most popular class, would have been an awful lot cheaper to have filled the place with clay and have a world class off-road facility than have a (they say) world class tarmac track that will probably be a "car free" zone for most of it's life
