I had the same issues with my db01r, it was difficult to solve but the angle of the horn in neutral, and also general slop, made things worse, especially te servo horn angle, does it have matched left/right lock etc?

it's got the standard db01R steering,
the steering is tuned as best as I c an, EPA etc
when it's going good I'm in love with it but when it's playing up it's so frustrating
