Actually Matt Dave did more complaining about marshaling than anyone else

But you did have a tough job marshaling heat 1 - 7 cars, at least half of which were totally random, only 5 of you most heats because someone only marshaled rounds 1 and 2, cars breaking etc.
Unfortunately in a heat like that Daves comment about it being his fault when he crashed (far point Dave) isn't
always true. Sometimes you can be trying really hard and a random white Macnum wipes you out

Anyway - easily solved. Lets do like Johnny said and set up marshal points with cones, where they are likely to be needed. In fact Matt, lets make that your job, since you tend to do more practice laps before each meeting than the rest of the grid put together - on your way round, identify the hazards and slap a marshal point as near as possible.
And we can always break out the Hi-viz jackets for official marshals, so we don't have to rely on someones very helpful wife!
