In practice however from the limited view I get from the cabin there were a couple of drivers I couldn't always see at their marshal points. I complained to one in particular, who claimed he wasn't coming 'because he was fixing his car' which is not considered a valid reason. I meant to get Rog to dock his time, but what with Rog driving in heat 1, and me in heat 2, then marshalling 3 I forgot.
The result was that our 7 most inexperienced drivers had 5, and sometimes only 4 marshals out.
I also think the tracks layout didn't help, with many crashes occurring some distance from the normal marshal points (especially in the centre of the track) and the fact that as the day went on people went home meant that some heats had less and less marshals.

I agree the marshalling was terrible on Sunday every heat with out fail there was a point where I had to shout a Marshall to make them aware of where my car was ( my fault for rolling it I know) to be fair I did break 4 shock towers so that says something about my driving on Sunday. What we will do is have marshalling points set out with cones with a even spread around the track I am going to set these out after the timing gear. People will have to Marshall at these points or I feel a penalty will be incurred!
Any complaints ????
