I used him for the first time last week. Delivery was quick, but I thought recorded delivery £1.49 for 2 hinge pins was a bit excessive. If I was selling them a large first class stamp would have done. Recorded Delivery adds nothing for small items really - it can cause more inconvenience than benefit.
