Showtimes got it, the GTV, and GTV6 like this had the engine in the front, and the clutch/gearbox/diff under the back seats to give 50/50 weight distribution.
The Sprint was an entirely different and smaller model that was a coupe version of the Sud which, as you said, was fwd with a boxer 4 engine. Similar styling but differnet model, think 3 series vs 5 series.
