Here! if there's anyone going to steal grass, you can trust the Scots - half the old farts my age claim that a piece of their back lawn is part of "Wembley" - aye right!
Truth is, off-road's been dead in Scotland for at least 8 years and it's making a comeback, here, at last! Thanks in the main to clubs like Falkirk and Stonehaven who've been trying to get things moving again.
There used to be a big scene here, but TC took over.
I expect both these clubs will in the next year or two, put some plans together for a permanent track once numbers come up to support it, and there'll be two new venues to consider for the 2012, 2013 or maybe 2014 BRCA series?
Pack yer macs & jumpers - it can be cold & wet... (but its awfy pretty, especially when the sun comes to play!)
