hapend to my 2 cars aswel and the anser is simpel.
put a bit (smal drop ) off slow super glue in the balstud and than turn it on .
never come's loose again.
and the difgears breaking is also simple loosen the slipper you arent driving steel gears nor a belt car . the slipper is at its tichtest wen jou have one rear weel in your hand the spur gear blokt and turn the other rear weel , than the slipper must slip not the dif . if the dif slips it is tooooooo ticht and you will break the difgear.
