i suspect if someone can do £40 of damage to a cat each round then they can do an equal amount of damage to any other car!! It takes some serious talent (not in a good way!) to do that much damage each round. Maybe suggest the person in question runs a slower motor until they learn to go round corners?!!
I have run a cat for the past year, and i don't think i've used £40 of spares in that entire time.
As Vicky says, the Cougar is a very capable car, and more than a match for the other top level cars out there. Customer support is also second to none, with many of the initial teething problem parts replaced by Schumacher free of charge with improved parts.
And in my opinion it's also a pretty strong car.
