I wrote off a Mini on 22nd May 1999 (I think), day of the FA Cup as thats what I was going to watch at a friends house in Salford (Missed it though).

Turning right into a side street, a car behind overtook (not sure if it didn't seen me and couldn't break, or just a fool) in a Volvo. I turned into its path unknowingly, and it hit my drivers side and Mini bounced off it through a garden wall into a garden!. The Mini was bent, even the side which hadn't had an impact. I was a bit bruised and cut from flying glass but otherwise ok. The Volvo driver had no damage, wasn't insured, moved soon after and became untraceable, police tried to do me for turning in to a no entry (although no sign posts or road markings!).... they didn't manage to do that though....
