From a survey in the Daily Telegraph today, here are the list prices of the three best touchscreen 'phones in their latest incarnation:
iPhone 4 - 16Gb - £499
Samsung Galaxy S - 16Gb - £430
Google Nexus One - 4Gb - £469
I wouldn't call the iPhone overpriced on that basis. My Volvo V50, list price £22k - the BMW 320d with the same spec added as extras, list price £31k. Now THAT'S what I call overpriced!!
Not trying to defend Apple here (each to their own, as without any competition an iPhone would cost a fortune!!) just interested where people set their numbers when they say overpriced. Since I know many people on here hanker after Beemers and Mercs, I hope they are not the same people calling an iPhone overpriced!!
