TBH I can see no point in this at all. As has already been said when you have quality balls in the Kyosho diffs there is nothing to beat them anyway (Kyosho ceramic in my cars now ... how nice are they!!). Before people jump on the maintenance bandwagon I re do my Kyosho diffs maybe twice a season and often find I can reuse all but the thrust washers!!!

The stock ZX-5 differentials are nice ones, I agree. But I wanted something that could handle the abuse of SCT racing. I think that gear diffs are far better for this.
Bought 2 DEX410 differentials for my project and they fit nicely.
