The Speed Passion Inspire is sensorless, and the HobbyWing XeRun is sensored and the software can be updated with (optional) the LCD box. With the latest dynamic timing software it is as fast with a 13.5T as a Tekin. The XeRun is very similar to the Speed Passion LPF.
If I was going to buy one of these ESC's tomorrow it would be the XeRun, but as they don't have an official UK distributer aftersales can be an issue, and if anything goes wrong it is cheaper to buy a new one than to send back to HK for repair. The Speed Passion (Schumacher) after sales is a little slow but I have had generally good experiences. When my 2 month old SP LPF 1.1 esc died it got replaced with a brand new LPF 2.0, although it did take 2 months to get sorted!
If you are planning on racing in a 13.5T series then find out if there are any specific rules regarding esc's as some clubs now ban esc's with dynamic timing.
