I dunno why people are bringing this up, As i remember 27t stock was very expensive to compete in, If anything you had to have the right brushes the motor tuned perfectly. And you had to have the best batteries. And spend ages sorting the gearing to suit.
It was a pointless pursuit, as saying gose there is nothing stock on a stock car.
Stock is too expensive as a formula no matter what.
