The organising Club sets the Control tire if there is to be a control tire at the race which is also up to the Club
Maximum 3 pairs for each driven axle for qualifying and then 1 extra pair for finals
The problem with our rules is that there isn't always a good supply of tyres before the races as rhe club can announce the control tyre just weeks before the race, I would personally see 2 types of tyres maybe 3 to choose from over the season that would make it much easier both for racers and suppliers
