No - the opposite.
I find the car has healthy understeer on-power, but very quickly reacts once the power is off. Whether it has too much, I'll find out at the next meeting if there's a chance to put some real horsepower down. I'll do some testing mid-week.
But after one meeting, it goes well out the box. I didn't do it justice today, but my friend took TQ and the win today at the Scottish Championship round. AFAIK, he's never raced a buggy before - quite some feat! (well done Scotty!)
