I do want to get one of these but I still think it's overpriced
. Especially considering the first thing I need to do is modify or change the chassis to allow saddles in order to get the best performance. It doesn't even come with wheels!

My 15 year old B3 came with most the "mods" you listed above and I don't really see the point in titainium hinge pins and ball studs - I've never broken a steel one and as far as weight saving goes most people just fill the chassis with brass weights anyway!
Don't get me wrong the performance of this car is very impressive (hence why I want one) but I have to ask are there any plans to design a new car around lipo's anytime soon that would leave the current car out of date? It seems strange to bring out a "new" kit still designed around 6 cell weight distributions.
Please don't take what I say as being negative towards the X6, the performance of the car on track and the results speaks for themself, but I hope you understand where I'm coming from.
