Firstly Hello, this is my first post. I used to race several years ago and have only just returned. I bought my first brushless motor (an LRP X12) and this felt just like the old brushed motors when tuning the shaft i.e Good strong magnets that give a lumpy effect (you know what I mean
) This motor is fantastic and seriously quick but after hearing problems with bearings etc I thought it wise to buy a spare motor.
Hence I bought a used LRP X11 that I recieved this morning. - This feels smooth to turn (as if there is far less magnatism) Is this normal or are the magnets on my used X11 a little on the nakered side (The motor looks mint as if hardly used though).
I'm sure it's fine but just wondered if this was a normal difference between these 2 motors.
