50cc in general are dangerously slow and not a good intro into biking for anyone. You will be on the receiving end of shocking car driving at the time when you are a learner and not experienced enough to deal with it.

Conversely when you have been riding a bit and get something quicker you will not have a problem.

I'm not saying don't do it, just be aware of this.

As for these cheapie chinese shite things, if you get one make sure you get someone who knows what they are doing to check it over for you before you ride it. They usually have dry bearings in the swinging arm etc and will sieze within days or weeks, best to get it sorted before you ride it.

Just cos it's new doesn't mean its roadworthy especially at that price.
