It sounds like your getting feedback from your servo to your speedo.

Obvious stuff first.

Check wiring for breaks and or bare wires.
If your speedo has a capacitor, you may need to check it. Try swapping it for a new one.
This is all assuming the problem has just appeared.

You could also try resetting the speedo.

If not, it's time to swap servo then swap speedo to try and find the faulty component.
