Mine were coming loose too, it was to do with the circlips on the top pf the shim stack being loose or not fitted right. I ordered some repair kits from scumacher for about 4.99 each, then go back to the manual and rebuild them step by step making sure you check the radiused edge of the clip and measuring the two bearing shims at the bottom, they have been perfect since. Sorry if all this is not clear but if you go back to the manual you will see what I mean.
