Finally!!! My Mad rat is good to go!!
And I have to say, superglue is my best friend now
I have superglued the rear arm mount to the T piece. It will hold.
I've also solved the spurs bouncing with a layer of scotch tape
The hole in the spur is too big for the shaft and that allows it to bounce a bit. I have put another spur on the shaft to see if it would do the same trick with it. (it is a spur for my monster truck which has a tiny little bit smaller hole, just perfect to fit on the shaft) When I saw that it was perfectly clear what I have to do with the Mad Rat spur.
So now, I have a perfectly functional buggy
The only problem now is the bad weather
