As a pro you should use the asso black grease for the diff ring side to the diff outdrive hub, so the diff ring is "grippy" on the outdrive - very very important

Inside to the 3/32 balls you use the standard diff silicone lube from asso.

for the pressure bearing you use the black grease too.


Dont use ceramic balls for offroad - the surface of siliciumnitrid (ceramic) balls is moore flat and smooth then the carbid balls- and so it is impossible that the balls can cut right into the diff ring. So you have no grip between diff ring and balls and no good traction in offroad- in touring car Scale racing you can use the ceramic balls.
