what pressure does it go up to?
I run pactra / solvents through at around 25-30psi
but faskolor has to be put through at around 45+ depending on the colour.
I used to have a hobby compressor but it wasnt powerful enouhg for faskolor.
if you stick to solvents then you will be ok.
My tutorial (mentioned above) is fairly basic. most of the work to make it look fancy is in the design and the cutting of the mask. the secret is to take your time. a lot of people want to rush it through to see the finished thing but it doesn't work like that.
Beleive it or not I bunked out of art school to favour work, so most of my skill
is self taught just by doing shell after shell of my own. that way if you mess up you don't offend anyone.
