Thanks for the input. Im certainly not disputing what you are telling me dude but i studied these instructions with meticulous detail and couldn`t see any other way for the spur assembley to go together.

Page 5 of the instructions, the BA22 slipper plates and BA23 pads are identical, as are the BA16 slipper spacers.

The BA21 18T pullies im assuming are the same but i must admit i didnt study those closely due to them having the same part number and being labelled BA21 x2

I`ll go and check those again now

Ive installed those with the flanges as per the manual too

After that, there are two identical bearings and a few shims that i have checked are correct.

If you can rack your brains as to what it was that was wrong then id appreciate it !
