That white meshing is a Teflon Shield.
They are very very good the bearings are pre-greased and so far i havent had one leak fail or bind. would say perhaps better than the rubber seals from what we have seen so far.
You should know that Kyosho only supply the highest grade of bearings.
Of course this can mean they are not the cheapest but if you look after them they will last for years.
