I have used RCBearings and the price and speed of delivery was great. Got a set for my ZX5 and also RB5.

I would advise using rubber sealed version instead of metal shields as they are much better and keeping debris out and lube in.

Bearings with ceramic balls will be lighter but should not be smoother than bearings of a similar quality with steel balls. The reason that ceramic bearings are usually claimed to be 'better' is that they are generally made from higher quality components and are compared to the low quality bearings found in many (most) car kits. They are marginally better when running with reduced lubrication but in my opinion have limited advantages due to the much higher price.

Hope my 2 penneth helps.
