I ordered a set of Hot Bodies ballstuds via phone, paid by paypal and waited 3 weeks. In that time I was fobbed off with "I thought i'd sent them", "They must be lost in the post", "We didn't send them recorded", "We've sent them out again", "I'll do it personally right now" ............ never received anything so opened up a paypal dispute and got my money back.
Don't bother parting with your hard earned, especially buying online. If they can have the bare faced cheek to lie to someone on the phone imagine how long it would take to sort out online
